About GS-CE Series

The GS-CE series is a high-speed enclosed fiber laser cutting system with dual exchange worktables designed for continuous sheet metal production. Its aerospace-grade aluminum beam and dual-drive rack-and-pinion system provide high acceleration, stability, and cutting precision. The intelligent dust extraction system and automated lubrication ensure reliable long-term operation in demanding fabrication environments. operator safety and environmental protection.

Key Features of the GS-CE Series

  • Features dual-station exchange platforms. Swap out tables in as little as 15 seconds,  allows operators to safely load and unload material during operation.
  • Glorystar uses oversized and lightweight aerospace grade aluminum beams that are mounted low for optimal performance. They are extremely rigid, minimize thermal deformation, and maintain accuracy over time (supports high-speed acceleration up to 2G.. without sacrificing cutting accuracy). 
  • A full-enclosure safety guard meets strict European industrial environmental and safety standards. It shields the operator from laser radiation, stray sparks, and reduces noise. 
  • Equipped with a zoned, high-suction negative pressure dust removal system that efficiently extracts smoke, debris, cand captures particles before they can contaminate core mechanical components. 
  • Employs high-rigidity guide rails and rack-and-pinion drives supported by an automated grease lubrication system, ensuring long-term cutting precision (often up to ± 0.03mm).

A: The GS-CE Series can cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and other metal sheets with high precision and speed.

A: It supports laser power options ranging from 3kW to 12kW. A 6kW Glorystar laser can typically cut steel up to 25mm (approx 1″) carbon steel, and 20mm stainless. While a 12kW laser can typically cutt carbon steel and stainless steel up to 40mm (in production).

A: Yes, it features a fully enclosed design with dual tables. One in operation, one available to load/unload materials. In addition, Glorystar Laser products come standard with light curtain sensors, enabling door interlock protection and motor torque monitoring for safer operation.
