The FNX-IV series integrates Industry 4.0 IoT capabilities, a new high-plasticization screw, ISO20430 safety compliance, and an updated clamp mechanism making the FNX series even more versatile.
The Nissei FNX-IV Series hybrid injection molding machines combine hydraulic durability and cost savings with electric efficiency and repeatability. The FNX-IV serries is produced with clamping forces from 81 to 455 tons. Equipped with Nissei’s innovative X-Pump® system and an IoT-enabled TACT5 controller. These machines deliver precise, energy-efficient performance suitable for a wide range of applications, from precision thin-wall to thick-wall molding.
Key features of the FNX-IV Series include a high-rigidity straight-hydraulic clamping unit (toggle free), quick injection response, and stable control at ultra-low velocities. The X-Pump® system intelligently combines hydraulic control with the precision of a servo drive, achieving significant energy savings by operating the servomotor only as needed. The TACT®V controller has an intuitive interface, IoT & Industry 4.0 connectivity, and simplifies equipment setup, monitoring, and maintenance routines.
Choosing the FNX-IV Series provides manufacturers with a smart, connected hybrid solution that balances performance with electric-level efficiency. X-Pump machines are time tested, quiet, and have exceptional injection repeatability as well as low velocity/pressure controllability.
